The Board has devised the current system for handling all repairs and problems to your individual unit and the common areas at Copperchase. It should save time and make better use of your dues. We are asking everyone to follow the procedures outlined herein. 

REPAIRS: Please use the (405) 868-7385 number to request service involving repairs to your specific unit. Please leave a text message and include your name, unit number, and phone number, along with a brief description of the problem. The caller will be contacted and the request acted upon as soon as possible. Be sure to check your email for a response. 

PROBLEMS: Text (405) 868-7385 to report problems such as streetlights being out, sprinkler system leaks, broken tree limbs, mailbox key replacement, pool key requests, etc. This will help solve the problem more quickly than contacting an individual Board Member. This line will also take your request for a meeting with Architectural Control if you are wanting to do something to your home that requires approval.
